Bought Cheers Box set of Dvds for xmas present. When I received them I thought they looked a bit dodgy. They had actually been recorded from the t.v. by someone in China. Complained to the CUSTOMER COMPLAINT DEPT ha ha, asking for a refund. They asked me to go through every dvd and tell them which ones were not working. Which i did, they then sent me replacements which were also either not working or quality poor. Eventually i gave up asked for a refund and thats when the problems started. They asked me to return them to an address in China, which i did and cost me 28, they are not responding to me e-mails, they owe me Approx 70 for dvds and 28 for return. Previously told me that they would not reimburse postage to China, told them they would because items were faulty. The tone of their e-mails; became offensive latterly, insinuating, i was outwith return period and that i had watched the dvds. They actually asked me how i knew they werent working if i said they were in an unused condition. I advised they had told me to go through them. 40 e-mails later they are not responding to my e-mails and owe me nearly 100 no contact number to phone either. DONT TOUCH THEM
