After purchasing a product online, the order should have been delivered this week, i.e. the 25th January 2016. It is not much of a problem that it is not yet delivered as I appreciate sometimes things happen to delay delivery. However, on the website, it is showing as “delivered” – it most certainly has not been delivered! More to the point, I have emailed the company twice, phoned twice and reached out via social media. I have not heard back on email or social media, and I was told they would call me back as they were very busy. I have not been called back. When I demanded to be stay on the phone until they found someone to talk to me, the operator was very rude and told me that was not possible and it would not resolve anything. I asked for his name so that I knew who would be calling back, and also so I knew who to put a complaint again if they fail to call me back today, and he refused to give it to me, and huffed down the phone. I’m no closer to tracking down my order. And I can’t quite believe that for such a big company, they have abysmal customer service!
