Complaint: Why should I pay another $14.99 for two additional passport photos? Is fair to pay 14.99 for taking the pict and print, but is unfair to pay extra $14.99 for only the print of two more photos. The price for a regular print of 4×4 is less than a dollar, and the size of two passport picts is the half of 4×4. Is almost a scam for costumers.
