On September 11, 2014 I ordered a dining table of the website of Vielle and Frances. The amount of $1275.95 was debted from my account on that day. The lead time was 8-10 weeks. On 12/27/2014 my order was cancelled by Vielle and Frances due to lack of inventory. I was told I would receive a refund on my card within 30 days. Never received refund and after calling the BBB (as they would not retrurn my calls) they said that the refund was processed on 1/8/15. Never received it and was told that they had been having trouble with their credit card processing company and had since changed companies. I asked for the name of the old processing company and they refused to give it to me. Bank of America ‘credit card fraud department’ tried on more than 10 occasions to contact Kelly Morgan VP in charge of complaints and was hung up on. Also tried NY Consumer Affairs Department and they got the same treatment.
