Turo – Bad Customer Service and Added Charges

For such a prestigiously advertised company, their customer service is not up to par. I had a car rental for a day. It was in great condition, everything was fine, and I paid the $200 up front. They sent me an email confirmation, the next day they tried to charge me for fees that were not listed or stated at the beginning of the transaction. There was nothing wrong with the car and I even had the owner confirm. Turo is just trying to get every cent they can out of me.
