Re Order #: 05162119321001 Totally bad experience. Communication was extremely frustrating because you deal with several people none of whom know English nor do they communicate with each other. Their product was faulty so I sent it back at my expense as instructed. Then they could not find it so I had to send them copies of my shipping receipts. After many months and repeated emails back and forth they sent me the wrong replacement. Then they asked for more copies of those shipping receipts. Now I still have the wrong product and I’m out $65. Very, very frustrating experience. Never again.
