Ordered $1500+ lighting from them for our non-profit prayer retreat in Texas. The three fixtures were on back order but they didn’t let me know.Weeks went by and I finally called. Took three months to receive and they weren’t concerned. | All three large Balmoral fixtures were defective. One had a wire that was not connected inside, one is leaking water into it and so is foggy inside, and the third quit working after two months. | They hide their no-return policy…They have no guarantees. No returns. No instruction came with the fixtures. | Watch out!
