Complaint: I ordered a sweatshirt that also came with a coffee mug back in December that was to be a gift for my daughter for Christmas. I was sent an email that said they charged my account and my order was being processed. A week later I checked their site and it still said processing. I assumed it was just taking awhile because so many people ordered. Another two weeks passed and I checked again only for the site to be closed down. They disappeared with my money but never sent my items.
