I ordered a charger for my tablet. I paid extra for priority shipping and didn’t receive the item until a week later. I tried calling and never got a call back so I emailed them to say I hadn’t received my order even though I paid extra. They said their fulfillment department messed up and sent it retail ground.They said when I received to let them know and I would get shipping refund. When I finally got item, it was wrong. I checked return policy and it will cost more money than item is worth to send back. I am now going to get what I need elsewhere.
