On May 15th 2005 I made an on-line order to RugInternational.com for two rugs for the amount of $85.00 with shipping, they took my money on the 16th of May 2005 out of my account. since that date I have been trying to pry information out of them about my rugs, they have told me 3 times that they have shipped but will not provide tracking numbers, I have been told they are back ordered. nWhen I asked for a refund all e-mails stopped, I called there 24 hour customer care line, which no one answers (425)643-2619. it has been over 3 months and no rugs or no refund..
