I purchased on 12/8/06 a 3mm gold chain for a Christmas gift, I received it just in time. It was too short. I call the 800 # talked to a gentleman about getting a longer one and paying the difference. I returned it as requested and they told me they would call and get the credit card info when they received the original one. I started calling about 10 days after I returned it, about 2 weeks later someone finally answered the phone(I about fell out of my chair). nThey told me they received my chain and they should get the longer one in about 2 days. now its been over a month since then and I cant get anyone to answer the phone between 8-5pm CST. I have left at least 5 messages (no kidding I call at least every day) my outlook reminds me, The customer service email sends an auto reply and that’s it.
