In October of 2006 I received an order from Petals. They carry excellent products (I had previously placed orders with them) but the one I received was damaged. I shipped it back to them and was waiting for another but was then told the item was on back order. I really wanted it so I decided to wait. nSeveral months later they said it was no longer available. I have been waiting ever since but have still not been issued a refund. I was told by a rep that the company was sold and being taken over so their computer systems were changing and that they would not be able to refund my credit card. He said they would mail me a refund check. I have called back several times and they keep telling me I will receive my refund soon. This happened the beginning of May. nI spoke to a “supervisor”” who assured me my refund would arrive by end of June or mid July. This past week I spoke to Sharon who also “”assured”” me she would personally look into this matter and to call and ask for her again in a couple of days. nWell today I went to get their number from the website which is now conveniently not available at this time. The customer service number is also giving out a message due to call volume no one is available and to go to their website. Very funny… nJeannenNaperville
