Complaint: I ordered two mice from this comany and emailed them prior to not ship the incorrect mouse as has been done in the past. Despite doing that they still shipped the wrong mice at my expense. After days of dealing with them with no responce I did get a responce after I lodged a complaint with Amazon who handles their payments. At the end of all this they told me to ship the items back to them at my cost and they would only refund the amount of the items and not the shipping in either direction. They did offer to waive the 15% restocking fee for their error. They told me to ship FEDEX, UPS, or DHL. DHL is 260 miles away, FedEx is 120 miles away and the UPS, the only shipping company the handles this area, its outside box is too small for the items to fit. So they will get the mice back via USPS. If they don’t refund the cost of the items I will cause a charge back with my credti card company. So I am out the shipping of the wrong items to me, the Shipping of the items back to them and if they had there way a 15% restocking fee. Total about 26 dollars. And THEY shipping the wrong items after I warned them not to! I am going to have a long chat with Amazon about them supporting this company
