National Eyewear Repair Byron Georgia

Complaint: The lenses were like brand new and I felt it would be worth investigating to see if there was any way to have them fixed before replacing the frames. Neil indicated that he dealt with these types of issues and instructed me to package the glasses securely and mail them to him. I sent a pair of Hugo Boss eyeglasses to Neil for repair on the left arm and weeks after he received them, I finally got a return call sharing with me what options I had to get them functional again. After I agreed on a particular solution, Neil immediately asked me for Payment of approximately $45 dollars. After a few weeks I called and left several messages and he has not returned my call since the discussion of getting them repaired and paying in advance for those repairs which never happened. More importantly, he has kept a very expensive pair of glasses with brand new lenses in them. Itu2019s not even the $45 dollars that concerns me because that I have just written off as a loss, but to keep my lenses that I paid more the $200 for is completely unethical and bad business practices. I would like to take some recourse to get this resolved and put him out of business and behind bars. Heu2019s a thief!
