I ordered my item from the Fifth Harmony Merc Store, which is handled through myplay Direct the first week of December. This was intended to be a Christmas gift for my daughter but never arrived in time. When I contacted them 3 days before Christmas, they told me they could not give me an update on my order. I just contact them again, today, 3 days after Christmas and they still cannot tell me when my order will be filled. They could not even give me a rough estimate as to if it would be another week, two weeks, or month. The funny thing is they had no problem chargining my credit card immediately. This company is a rip off. I would cancel the order except you cannot find a shirt for this band anywhere else and it was my daughters #1 item on her Christmas list.
