Dissapointed with the poor quality of fridges
In October 2018 i bought a KIC fridge. After only a few days it started making terrible noises and over freezing. I struggled a long time with Game, where we bought the fridge at to let us know what we have to do about the issue. They finally told us to contact KIC and report the issue. After contacting them we waited way to long for consultant to come out to us to have a look. Finally someone came and they repaired the fridgirator few days later the over freezing started were I was advised that I need to switch it off every time and again. Few days later the fridge started making the same noises. We figured that’s what a KIC fridge sounds like and didn’t do anything more. Then the rubber on the freezer started not sealing anymore. Now our freezer freezes up all the time. I tried to contact Game where we bought it, with no success. They are too “busy” to even answer our calls. We are fed up with all the issues the KIC fridge provides us with and with people who can’t correspond professionally, I tried contacting KIC last year but I didn`t get help, today I spoke to Lee and Aleson(who was rude and did`t want to listen to me just telling me that i`m going to pay, I even stopped her asking to speak to her supervisor because she was rude saying i`m out of warranty 3 months ago)She said everyone is on leave but Lee advised that the supervisor was in a meeting. I’m extremely disappointed.
