Complaint: Placed my order two weeks ago, prescription was verified and label printed within a day. Since then no status updates. I’ve sent three emails during the course of 14 days, but no one answers. Only automatic responses congratulating me because my ticket has been escalated to the management (which doesn’t exist). I even called their toll-free number and no one answers. They charged my bank account through eCheck.
