I ordered 4 fools from the website for my nieces and my daughter. We paid using our PayPal account. After a few weeks we received an email saying the items were delivered to our home, however, we never received them. I contacted the company and the phone number and email were both invalid. I then contacted UPS and they told me the tracking number I had did not match my name or my address. I then contacted PayPal who said they will not reimburse me bc there was a tracking number. However, I believe it was a false tracking number since I never received my items nor was I able to get in touch with the company.I would like to be reimbursed for the items I never received.
