Placed an order on March 5th and was told my order would arrive in 5-7 days. I have contacted them several different ways: through Facebook messaging, email and on their website and cannot get a correct response or even a response at all. At first I was told my order would be shipped last week and they would send me the shipping info by email. Now, I am being told that I will receive my order by the end of March. I have also talked with several other people who are having the same issue. My credit card has been charged and I just want my money back. It takes them at least a week to answer any emails or messages and they are not clear in their responses back and do not answer your questions that you had asked. It’s almost like an automated response each time.
