On 8/2/16, i made an online purchase from this website: "zuzaz.com.au/". At first, I was very weary, as my usual form of payment was declined. I then used my secondary debit card, which took, so then I thought nothing was wrong. The item that i received was not even close to what I ordered, not even the correct size, and appeared to be dirty and used, with no tags attached or package reciept. I have since reached out to this fraudulent company over 20 times in the course of a week via email (because there is contact phone number) to no avail, and have not heard anything or recieved any type of refund. Please help!
