Saw their ad on Facebook and placed an order. That was 7/12/2018. My card was billed right away, and 2 days later I received another debit on the card of $.20 "foreign transaction". I emailed several time, and each time I got a reply asking for my order number (which was in the subject line) and my email address. I replied with my order number in the body of my email, and typed in my email just in case someone at the company had a problem using the reply button. At one point, their return email stated : "We apologize for the delay of replies. Our fulfillment partners are currently sorting all the delay parcel, we came up with an idea on how to sort it faster after a week of meeting and brain storming. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Please kindly provide your order number and email address and one of our representative will get back to you within 24 hours for an update. Thank you so much for you patience."
