Unlike the others, I was unlucky to encounter a rude treatment from the customer service side. I ordered a Lovable Lion Gift Set for my little niece Maggy with her name on the blanket. Two months ago. It never arrived. I called customer service several times, but they are always busy and rude to me for no reason. I understand that maybe it rarely happens to their company, but I think you have to resolve all of the issues that customers have and don’t treat them like they did something terrible. Please, maybe you will hear me and be so kind to answer and to solve the problem. Thank you in advance Janina Ralph
