Bought 2 movies on 12/20/2010 via online credit card. Payment cleared and then requested order status 2 weeks later. After 3 email inquiries and 1 unreturned phone call I’ve still heard nothing. Been ripped off before but this is the first (legitimate?) company I can definitely identify…..Web store looks inviting, a lingering rip off remains.
