First American Home Warranty – Takes Weeks to Fill your Requests

If you even inquire about a warranty they will call you at least ten times, but if you have an issue that needs attention, it is incredibly difficult to get ahold of anyone. Their customer service is a nightmare to deal with. I’m currently struggling to have them get someone reliable to fix my AC unit. They sent someone out right away when I called the first time. The guy never showed so I called them for the contact number. They never put the request in, in the first place. I was going on a week without air conditioning in the middle of summer. They finally sent someone, who was not able to make it until 4 days later.
