I placed my order with them on 2/13/13 and continuously stayed in touch with them to get a tracking number for my shoes. I ordered 3 pair. I waited the 7-10 business days emailed, and also called. I was told there was a problem with shipping and was told to wait another 7-10 business days. I waited a total of 28 days. Still no tracking number and now they have turned off their customer service line so you can only reach them by the contact box on the website. It shouldn’t take this long for shoes, and it shouldn’t be this hard to contact people when you make purchases. Please take your business else where. This place is not professional at all.
