I ordered a headboard on 2/2, rec’d an email confirmation that the transaction went through, but days and weeks went by with no update on when I’d receive my order. I called the number on their website, no answer, so I left a voicemail. No response. I emailed them, no response. I called at least 4x, no answer, and left voicemails when their voicemail wasn’t full. I emailed at least 7x, no response. I contacted my bank and they’re going to try everything possible to get my money back.
