Complaint: Took vehicle in to reputable brake shop for repairs on non-covered parts and we discovered severe leakage in master cylinder and power booster (covered parts). Tried to contact warranty center, but closed on holiday (1/17). I acknowledge that repairs are supposed to be done at Dodge dealer, but the reason for repair (non-covered) and nature and severity of the problem (covered parts and labor) required immediate attention. “Service reps”” that I talked to refused to allow me to speak to a manager to discuss a concession or appeals process.
