Complaint: September 10, 2017 I returned order # 203054451 & 203023112 with exchange request for both orders. On September 27, I recu00e2u20acu2122d email confirmation for both returns. Today is November 4, 2017 and I have never recu00e2u20acu2122d my replacement products, a refund to my bank account, or been able to talk to a human. I have copies of all emails to and from the company. I am a senior adult living on social security and their prices were appealing but their customer service is terrible. To some $57 may not seem like very much but I live on $806.00 a month. I canu00e2u20acu2122t afford to pay someone to help me and I canu00e2u20acu2122t afford to give up.
