I rented a cell phone hot spot for a trip to Grenada in the Caribbean. These idiots sent the wrong plug. It was for France and not Grenada/UK. They weren’t answering thier phones for days and when I finally got them they would not refund my money. So, the phone/hot spot was a total waste of money. Don’t rent from this company. There are better companies.
