Britney Dawin – Au pair scammer

Au pairs BEWARE! I have seen it happen before. As far as I know, she goes by the name Britney Dawin. She occasionally posts jobs, but she also sends direct emails to potential victims. It is easier for people to fall for it if she reaches out to you individually. She offers a fair sum of money for the position, and even says she will cover your living expenses. it sounds too good to be true, and it is. | Once you reply, she asks you to make a deposit into her account. If Strange right? She claims that it is a deposit on the position so that she can ensure you will be there for the first day. Once you do it, you will not hear from her again. It is just a scam to steal your money. | This is what the email looks like:Greetings,My name is Britney Dawin, I am a mother of two children, Anna(8-years-old) and Aiden(12-years-old), here in Luton, UK. I am usually a stay at home mother, but I have decided to go back to work, therefore I am seeking an au pair.I saw your resume on easyaupair.com and you seem to be the perfect candidate. This is is a live-in nanny situation so it will require a great deal of your attention with the condition that you stay for a period of 6 1/2 months. I am willing to pay handsomely, however. $1300 weekly and extra pocket money for events and travel with the kids. I will also provide living expenses and a living space. | Your duties will include:•The basic task of preparing the kids for school•Picking them up from school•Assisting with homework and tutoring•Cooking basic meals•Shopping•Entertaining | Please respond to email as soon as possible, as I am looking for someone to start immediately. | Thank you, | Britney Dawin | I reported Britney not too long ago right after I received this email. She responded with a threat to take my life. She was vulgar, defensive, and told me to stay out of her business. She is a scam artist and vicious monster.
