To whom it may concern:TelusFacebookScamPulse.comMaster cardHello,I did a small Telus survey, on line back in February 2018. At the end of the survey I was offered Bonte Creme and Eye Serum trial size for the price of the shipping. Gee thanks Telus, that is nice of you. I filled out the form and had to give my credit card for the shipping of 4.00 dollars. When I received my statement on the Master Card I had been charged:JMPNGES*ALORHEALTH$5.09 shippingFeb 7/18PSS*SHANTESSERUM$5.09 SHIPPINGFeb 8/18JMPNGES*ALORHEALTH$128.12PSS*SHANTESSERUM$153.24PES*WKCREM.COM$130.32PSS*SHANTESSERUM$123.56_______TOTAL$545.12I am disputing these charges. It is a scam to get your credit card number and charge you monthly. This is not a free trial.I emailed the company and this is the response I got :A pleasant day to you! The only charge from us apart from the shipping fee was USD115.92 and $92.92. The other charge could be from our sister company that offers Advanced Wrinkle Cream they may be reached by dialing 808-143-3750 or online at [email protected]Let me quote a portion of our Terms and Conditions to further explain the charges. ""By placing your order today you’ll be shipped via USPS a 30 day supply of bonté Eye Serum for a $3.95 shipping and handling fee. Your trial starts the day you make a purchase. If you feel bonté Eye Serum is not for you, you can cancel within 21 days from today to avoid the purchase price of up to $115.92 including enrollment in our auto-shipment program. Then on day 30 and every 30 days after we will send you a fresh supply of bonté Eye Serum and charge you $85.97 plus $6.95 shipping fee.""This is not on the main page of the advertising for the free trial. You must search the term and condition very carefully to get to this information. To protect the rest of society I am sending this complain to everyone I know and will also paste it on Facebook.
