Blue Star Cruises LLC – Lost My Payment and Information

I purchased a trip to the Bahamas with Blue Star last year for this summer. I called to make arrangements and I was disconnected. I have been calling and calling and no one will answer. I emailed customer service with the information I had from my purchase and they are claiming that I never purchased the cruise in the first place. Now I am getting calls about buying another cruise. I have asked for my money back several times only to be sent to a machine.  Unprofessional and disorganized. I want a refund!!
