I saw an ad for a laser engraver on Facebook by this company. I ordered it in November as a Christmas present. They advise that they will inform the buyer when they deliver the product. After two weeks I started looking for status. This site does not have a phone number, only their support email address. | I began emailing to ask status. I never received a response. Christmas came and went and I began daily contact with no response. Eventually, I received an email from them with a tracking number. That’s when I realized that this was an out of country company. They are a Chinese based company. | By the time I received the email I was fed up and looking to my bank for support. They have been willing but once I saw a tracking number, I decided to give this shipment some time. A few days later the tracking showed that it had made the docs in L.A. So it made it to the United States. | This past Monday, January 14, I looked up the tracking to find that the package reached its final post office destination. The only snag was that the package was in another state waiting for pickup! Wow. This blunder was getting more and more frustrating. So, I called that post office and gave them the tracking number. They informed me that the tracking number was correct but that I was not the person, nor was the address listed me or mine. While you’re on that site you are constantly pinged with prompts showing that someone just bought… whatever. My personal opinion is that this is just a method to give the consumer the impression they are busy and working hard to sell and deliver to the public. Whatever! On the sipping page they have a “Track Your Order” link. You put in your order number and they’ll let you know status. When I input mine I get an error, “TRACKING DOES NOT EXIST.” Stay away from this site! They are out of country and cannot be verified. There is not method other than this email to reach them. They do not respond to emails. You cannot call them or fax them,.
