Complaint: I went in for a simple state vehicle inspection and was told I needed to have my radiator fluid flushed “right away””. I didn’t bite because my father-in-law warned me they said the same thing to him – while his car was still under warranty. And then I learned of a friend who also got that recommendation from Bayleaf Tire and Auto for his Acura at 60K miles when the owners manual says the change should happen at 100K. I suspect they have some new radiator flushing machine they are trying to pay for – but I don’t appreciate them doing it at my expense! Don’t give into their high pressure unnecessary repairs.
