I badly needed a hard drive. I looked on the the web and your company was recommended. I ordered my hard drive and paid for TWO Day shipping. I expected my hard drive to arrive in two days. When I called the customer service number to ask why my order has not been shipped out, customer service person told me it had not been shipped out from ware house. nI expressed that I payed for two day shipment and expected to shipped it on Monday. I also advised her that I needed the hard drive by Wednesday. Their soultion was for me to cancel my order. I told them that I did not want to cancel it but to resolve the issue was just send it over night today without changing the shipment price. FINALLY THEY SHIPPED MY PODUCT WITH PRIORITY OVERNIGHT AND EVERYTHING WAS RESOLVED. nThis was a poor customer service though finally resolved.
