This company has the worst customer service as it is located in a foreign country. The repairman doesn’t have any parts with him so you have to pre pay and then wait over 10 days to get the part delivered. Then they automatically make an appt without consulting you so you have to set up another appt. A & E refuses to give you a two hour window out of the four hours causing loss of work and money. Plus the charges are exorbitant. Let Sears go under. They are bilking us.
