Scientology® "scripture" claims that a criminal will always
accuse another person for the crimes that (he / she) (himself / herself) has
actually committed. The result of this insane belief is that whenever a
Scientologist is caught committing a crime, that Scientologist tends to insist
that the people who are accusing or prosecuting the Scientologist for that crime are
in fact themselves guilty of the crime. This belief, when expressed in
action at a court trial or hearing, astonishes non-Scientologists and
the prosecution is generally unprepared for the accusations hurled against
them by the Scientologist and Scientology® Inc. This belief is
applied by Scientology® Inc. hiring private investigators to investigate
the prosecutors, the trial judge, the witnesses, and members of the jury---
looking for "hidden crimes." When "hidden crimes" are not
found, Scientology® "scripture" mandates that "evidence"
be "manufactured" (i.e., the witness or prosecutor or judge is
to be framed for a fabricated crime). For evidence of this process in action,

In 1960 Hubbard proceeded to establish "Special Zone
Departments" in all Scientology® organizations to co-ordinate the
efforts of Scientologists to infiltrate society. Two
months later this Department was incorporated into the
"Department of Government Affairs." Hubbard wrote:
"If attacked on some vulnerable point by anyone or anything or any organization, always find or manufacture enough threat against them to cause them to sue for peace. Peace is bought with an exchange of advantage, so make the advantage and then settle. Don't ever defend. Always attack. Don't ever do nothing.
